Authentic, spacious and quiet apartment with beautiful sea views. Close to old town and beach. Recently renovated with modern kitchen fittings and air conditioning. Secret stairs to a local swimming spot. Friendly hosts.

Loved having the whole apartment to myself, especially the furnished terrace with sea views. Free WiFi and air conditioning were a plus. Museum of Modern Art nearby was a cultural highlight. I'll definitely be back!

My partner and I stayed at Apartment Helena for 10 days to enjoy some solitude and peace. The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its stunning location overlooking the old town. We loved swimming in the sea right below the house and found the owner and her mother to be very nice. The nearby shop was convenient, and we highly recommend visiting the restaurant Konoba Dubrava above the town for the best meal in town.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The stay in Dubrovnik was amazing! The apartment had a warm welcome, great communication, and even gave us welcome gifts. The apartment was even more beautiful in person, with a spacious terrace and a view of the Adriatic Sea. The location was perfect, a short walk to the city center and close to the beach. The owner and her mother were very nice and helpful. Konoba Dubrava restaurant was a must-visit for the best meal.

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy terrace. Hosts were kind and informative. Had a great time exploring the city and relaxing on the nearby beaches.
Found it incredibly difficult to park my car. Who needs convenient parking in a tourist hotspot anyway?
